This process can help break the cycle of trauma responses that might be causing distress in your everyday life.
PTSD
For people struggling with PTSD, my sessions are effective in desensitising the strong emotions linked to traumatic memories. Through techniques such as age regression, I can help you to revisit the traumatic event from a more detached and calm viewpoint, helping you to process it more effectively. My sessions can also help you to manage symptoms such as such as anxiety, flashbacks and nightmares.
Grief
Grief can be incredibly complex, and my sessions can offer a way to process emotions related to losing a loved one. Whilst under hypnosis, you may be able to connect with your feelings of grief in a deeper way, allowing you to express emotions that may be difficult to access in a fully conscious state. My sessions can also help you to work through unresolved feelings and help you to come to terms with your loss in a healthier way.
