I will guide you into this deep state of focus and relaxation with verbal cues, repetition and imagery. When you’re under hypnosis, this heightened level of focus allows you to ignore distractions and be more open to guided suggestions to make positive changes to your life.

What is Emdr?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that helps you process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing.

It involves using side to side (but can be up and down or diagonal) eye movements which allows your mind to process negative emotions. EMDR helps you to let go of those negative images, emotions and beliefs connected to the trauma.
